Just had to share

I wasn't going to post tonight, because I have to make Christmas cookies for the church bazaar and because I still thought I would sneak in some decorating and card-writing during the week. But I got the following email from my publisher:

The print proof shouldn’t be far behind – the modifications have been made and approved, and the proof should ship very soon.

    I don't make cookies nearly as often as I used to. But I think I will do it with my kids before Christmas.

    Congratulations! These concrete, measurable achievements keep us going. You have a busy set of commitments. I'm sending wishes for some calm moments to enjoy those Christmas treats! I never bake (rarely, rarely), but nothing at all is more tempting in the afternoon than a cup of coffee and a nice cookie! Happy Christmas!
